One agent with every tool is hard to govern and easy to confuse. This release splits the Studio assistant into an orchestrator that delegates and six specialists that each know one job.
The roster
- Knowledge Explains an object, searches application objects and retrieves from documentation; its tools load only where a vector store and documentation access exist for the dictionary.
- Coding A write, execute and fix loop replacing a single-shot call, with file tools sandboxed to a shared workspace path. The sandbox also closed a path-traversal defect.
- Data presentation Chooses a chart, a table or a file, and falls back to a table when a chart fails without surfacing the retry.
- Debugger Fetches the referenced functions, tables, triggers, procedures and class documentation to explain a root cause.
- External knowledge An HTTP tool and a web search returning title, address and snippet.
- Document Builds PDFs section by section, cover, text, table and KPI, renders them through the formatting microservice in two themes, and takes over every file output.
Skills
- Loaded on demand Skills are prompt instructions per dictionary. Their codes and descriptions are listed to the model; the full text is fetched by a tool only when a skill is relevant.
- Declared at startup The orchestrator logs its model, capabilities, database, sub-agents, tools and skills.
Parallel sub-agents with timeouts and the live turn lifecycle came later on this structure. This is the structure.
